Project Overview
Its an end-to-end Azure cloud infrastructure setup and enterprise data migration from on-premises environments. The project covers complete account architecture, storage optimization, database migration, security/RBAC implementation, cost management, and production monitoring.
Business Context: Large enterprise with 50 TB data across SQL Server, file storage, and legacy systems requiring migration to Azure-native architecture with optimized storage, managed databases, and robust security framework.
Challenge: Migrate mission-critical data without downtime, reduce operational costs by 40-50%, improve query performance by 10x, and maintain 99.95% uptime SLA while ensuring zero-trust security compliance.
